Built in the very early 20th century as a private distinguished residence, the hotel is exceptional in history, art craft, traditional and contemporary art. In the 90s it was re-designed by Karl Lagerfeld and more recently, whilst still retaining the grandeur of the past, very contemporary features have been added. Today therefore the property is a blend of the richness from the turn of the century meeting the elegance of modern design. Schlosshotel im Grunewald features 53 rooms and signature suites, an extensive private garden and a Spa area with an indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, Jacuzzi, two treatment rooms and a large exterior relax and sunbathing area. The hotel is the perfect place to relax and unwind in the quiet surroundings whilst still being a stone`s throw away from the city`s bustle.

Deluxe rooms: The original standard rooms with an average floor area of 30 sqm or 323 sqf have been all individually decorated with attention to detail. The rooms have an entrance area, king or queen beds, and views to our garden or surroundings. The bathrooms are decorated in a classic style with marble in warm terracotta and beige tones, underfloor and towel heating and feature Bulgari amenities.
