In January 2002, hotel ambiente opened its doors to guests in the vicinity of "Stadtkrone Ost" in Dortmund. Therefor, an officers' casino was completely rebuilt. Restaurant and conference rooms are located in the newly-erected side wing of the building. This harmonical combination of old and new architectural styles means exclusivity that you don't have to pay a single extra cent for. Spacious rooms, an exclusive atmosphere and high comfort for our guests - this is what we put emphasis on. Every single of our 36 rooms with 53 beds altogether has superb equipment and its own bathroom. Comfortable beds guarantee relaxing nights with a harmony of luxury and warmth. Our restaurant mondavy is located right within the hotel. Here is where you as a guest endeavour a whole-hearted breakfast - or a snack and a full dinner service, whenever you like. The a la carte restaurant-café is open Monday to Friday from 3 pm and from 11 am to 6 pm on Sunday. Lunch is available on inquiry.
