As part of our corporate expansion plans Hotel Management & Servicegesellschaft mbH & Co. KG, will be introducing a new concept in 2008: Fleming`s Deluxe offering furnishings and services of five-star quality. Fleming`s Hotel Deluxe Frankfurt-City will be the first to open in March 2008 followed by additional hotels in this category in Vienna and Zurich in 2009. Located in a prime position in the centre of the city the hotel provides its guests with the very best in service and accommodation. Top quality materials and textiles in warm earth colours such as Bordeaux and amber combined with contemporary design elements bestow the interior of the hotel with a simple elegance and a warm and welcoming ambiance. In addition to 107 Deluxe rooms, 6 Executive suites and a fitness centre with a sauna, solarium, relaxation area and workout room there is also a restaurant with a roof terrace, a bar and a business lounge on the 7th floor where guests can enjoy a range of Mediterranean barbecue and seafood specialities as well as something really rather special: unparalleled vistas stretching right out over the rooftops of Frankfurt to the river Taunus. In addition to such tried and tested amenities as free Internet access via W-Lan our Deluxe hotels also provide a range of further services for our guests such as a shoe cleaning service, a limousine service, 24 hour room service, secretarial services to name but a few.

Rooms
The 100 Deluxe rooms and 6 Executive suites provide a high level of amenities. All rooms have an LCD flat-screen TV, a minibar and a safe large enough to hold a laptop, etc. High quality materials and textiles in warm earth colours such as Bordeaux and amber combined with contemporary design elements bestow the interior of the hotel with a simple elegance and a warm and welcoming ambiance. The decor of the bathrooms relies heavily on the use of glass, granite and parquet style flooring. Breakfast, minibar and Internet access via W-Lan are included in the room rate.
