In the 4-Star Superior Hotel Zeulenroda, every one of our 158 rooms is comfortable and modern. To promote a felling of well-being, we have placed special emphasis on having natural wooden floors, large windows, well-ventilated rooms, and harmonious color, light, and art concepts. Each room is equipped with satellite television, telephone with ISDN connection, minibar, safe, W-LAN connection, and some rooms even have balconies. Location
The lobby is the heartbeat of the hotel. Our staff greets you here in the spacious and day lit atrium with a friendly smile. Don’t be surprised on the way to the panorama lifts when you cross a small babbling brook! Water plays a vital part in forming Zeulenroda is situated at the very heart of the Thuringia Vogtland, with its many forests, rivers and lakes. Only some 100 km from the state capital Erfurt or the Saxonian metropolis Leipzig, and Franconian Nuremberg is only 180 km away along the nearby A 9. Even on your journey to us you can enjoy the magnificent scenery; very soon you will discover our hotel, situated outside the town gates – visible in the distance above the dam. From here you have a magnificent view over the man-made lake which was the Weida, a little river, and which now supplies the whole region with valuable drinking water. The people here are especially proud of their town-hall, built in 1825 – 1827 in classical style, an unusual sight, not to be missed. The Greek goddess “Themis” thrones, in gleaming gold, atop the 38 m high tower of the town-hall. Simply charming.immediate surroundings, in the hotel and in the countryside around it.
