Our hotel is officially classified as a three-star comfort hotel by the German Hotel- und Gaststättenverband (Dehoga Hamburg). This classification is rechecked and re-evaluated every year. These "three stars" mean that we are classified as an upper class and comfortable hotel business. The 27 comfort double rooms and 21 comfort single rooms are characterised by a comfortable and modern atmosphere. We attached importance to a consistent composition of colours, so that all of the rooms are decorated in warm and soothing colours. If you come by car, you will find 13 parking lots, which of course the hotel provides for free. We are also very proud of our daily breakfast buffet. Here we especially enjoy being your host and love to pamper you. Not without good reason, our buffet deserves the high grades given by our regular guests every time, referring to its quality, variety, and price/performance ratio. This comfortable atmosphere is supported by the following attributes: bathroom, minibar, electronic safe, telephone, colour television set, pay- TV, radio, alarm clock and much more, which are part of the common standard in all our rooms. In addition, we offer you free wireless high speed internet access in all our rooms. Thus you may always surf quickly and, more importantly, for free with your laptop.

Of course the reception offers you a variety of services (e.g. information about Hamburg and the surrounding area, diverse ticket orders, car rental, selling the Hamburg-Card, sight-seeing tours by bus or ship - at the harbour or on the Alster River).

Location
The Heikotel Hotel Am Stadtpark is located to the south of the municipal park of Hamburg (Hamburger Stadtpark) in the noble district Hamburg-Winterhude. The hotel is secluded in a side road, so you will not be disturbed by the typical traffic of a big city during your stay. You will find means of public transport very close to the hotel, by which you can reach all the districts and suburbs of Hamburg. This is via the advantageous underground station Saarlandstraße (Yellow line U3).
