As horse carriages still determined our street scene, the farmers often put back long ways to offer her fresh goods at the markets of the city. The today's hotel/restaurant "Auspann" offered to the coachmen at that time the possibility to insert a rest and to strengthen itself. The horses were stretched meanwhile in the barn way through and were fed. Today it is a comfortable and elegant restaurant with generous outside terrace and open kitchen in this part of the building. Here there is special value to spoil the guests with the most fresh lusciousness. The seasonal specialities flow in onto the often varying menus.
