Our hotel complies with the requirements to be classified as a three-star comfort hotel. An application has been presented to the local Hotel- und Gaststättenverband (Dehoga Hamburg) and will presumably be approved by the end of this year. These "three stars" would mean that we are classified as an upper class and comfortable hotel business.

Rooms
In our 15 comfort double rooms and 7 comfort single rooms we offer you a comfortable atmosphere, which is supported by the furniture made of classy cherry-wood as well other kind of maple wood. The attributes bathroom, minibar, electronic safe, telephone, colour television set (partly 82 cm LCD-TV attached to the wall ), radio, alarm clock and much more are part of the common standard in all our rooms. In addition, we offer you free wireless high speed internet access in all our rooms. Thus you may always surf quickly and, more importantly, for free with your laptop.

Wellness and leisure
Besides the “Otto Versand” you will find the business companies Max Bahr, Vattenfall Hamburg (training centre), Max Schmeling GmbH (Coca-Cola) nearby; as well as many others only five minutes away (by bus) e.g. the Jungheinrich AG, Deutsche Telekom AG or the branch establishment of Media Markt, Daimler Chrysler AG, BMW, Burger King, Audi, VW as well as a variety of possibilities for your entertainment in the evening (e.g. cinema/movie theatre, restaurants).

The Heikotel Hotel Windsor is located in the introspective and quiet district Hamburg-Bramfeld, across from the corporate head office of the international company “Otto Versand”.
