Peter Schaefer I. in 1813 laid the foundation stone to this house, which is now managed by Thomas Schaefer and his family - the 6th generations of Schaefers. The property is beautifully located on the shores of the Old Rhine River, yet right in the middle of the teeming Rhine/Main economic center. Both guest rooms and common areas have been furbished with original and valuable pieces. Elegance, comfort, color and form create that special aura only a house of high standards can achieve.
