We can also offer you an extensive breakfast buffet in a relaxed atmosphere. Those who like to prepare their own meals will find the cooking area/kitchen equipped in the best household furnishings. Washing machines and dryers are available in the communal area. The underground garage has adequate spaces for residents' cars. The rent includes the following standard service: Three times weekly cleaning of the bathroom and change of hand towels. Once weekly cleaning of the apartment and change of bed linen.

Rooms
There is a choice of one- or two-room apartments with cooking area/kitchen and bathroom. Almost all the accomodation units have a balcony or roof terrace and separate basement compartment. The furnishing is of the highest quality and completely down to the smallest detail. Including, of course, a SAT-TV and telephone.

Wellness and leisure
It is only a very short journey by S-Bahn or car to the attractive recreation areas on the shores of two of the Bavarian lakes, Starnberger See and Ammersee. At the Forum itself all your daily needs are catered for with 28 shops and two pleasant restaurants. The town of Pasing with its many shops and sporting, recreational and cultural facilities border on the Westkreuz Forum.

Location
The S-Bahn station Westkreuz is right on your doorsteps. From here it is only a 10 to 12-minute ride to the Hauptbahnhof (main train-station), Stachus and Marienplatz in the city center. The highways to A 8 (Stuttgart) and A 99 (connecting roads) are 5 minutes away. A 99 leads to the airport, International Trade Fair and nearly all highways around Munich. (Nürnberg, Salzburg). The highways to Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Lindau are only 10 minutes from the hotel.
