It was established in the year 1862 as the "Gasthaus Bachmair" which is very famous in this area. Due to our suitabel location on the crossing of the "Ringstrasse" which takes it's course around the lake Tegernsee and close to the road leading to the lake Achensee in Tyrol makes the Parkresidenz a perfect location for day trips. Ideally located only about 700 meters from the hotel is the Tegernsee where boattrips can be booked. The Wallberg, the Hirschberg, the Ringberg etc. are all situated around the Hotel which invites you to wander through the beautiful landscape.
