Welcome to the
Gasthof- Restaurant Gasthof Kampfer.
The Kampfers had their origins as
an old-established, numerous rural
family in the region of Schnaittach.
The earliest document dates from
24th March 1876 and records that
Georg Kampfer opened an inn and
butcher shop here.
The house Fröschau 1 where this inn
existed has been in our possession
for more than 350 years.
In 1642 a certain Johannes Eckert
bought this property. You can trace
our family history in that house back
as far as the 30 Years' War.

Our house has 40 beds in 30 single and double rooms.
The rooms are supplied with shower, bath/toilet, telephone,
balcony, TV, FAX- and Modem connections.
