We have 40 high-class rooms (20 double and 20 single rooms). All rooms have bathroom/shower/WC, minibar, ISDN telephone, faxmodem, cable TV, TV-radio, hair dryer and most rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a safe. Sound-insulated windows with ventilation guarantee an undisturbed sleep.

Stay in the heart of Würzburg, the city of Bacchus and Baroque! The Hotel Walfisch is located on the river Main, between the two most famous bridges of Würzburg, the “Alte Mainbrücke” and the "Ludwigsbrücke". An incomparable view opens in front of you: the majestic river, the old vineyards, the proud Fortress Marienberg, the lovely pilgrimage church “Käppele” and the Old Bridge adorned with stone statues-all create on impressive ensemble, the best side of the city. The most famous sights in the city centre are all within walking distance from the hotel: the majestic cathedral with the adjacent Neumünster, the playful rococo facade of Falkenhaus, the newly renovated “Marienkapelle” (Chapel of St. Mary) on the market square and many more large and small sights can be reached within a few minutes.
